Dr. Kelly Swope

Kelly Swope completed his doctorate in Philosophy at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. His teaching and research interests include classical Greek political philosophy, German Idealism and Romanticism, American democratic thought, and, more recently, animal studies. His writing has appeared in Idealistic Studies, Hume Studies, On Education, Times Higher Education, and Full Stop Quarterly. He hails from Granville, Ohio.
