Institutional Review Board

What We Do

Any research project involving human subjects that is conducted by or involving Xavier University faculty, staff or students is subject to review and approval by the IRB to ensure the protection of study participants. Protocols are reviewed on an on-going basis. Those requiring full board review may require additional time to allow for full board input.

All XU faculty, staff and students who conduct research involving human subjects are required to submit verification of completion of human subject training.
