Promote a healthy physical and social wellbeing this summer by joining the Muskie Walking Groups!

Group walks will take place most Tuesdays and Wednesdays in June and July. There 1 and 2-mile options along with a more intense 2-mile walk called Stairs, Stairs, Stairs. The walks will be led by our TriHealth Wellbeing Coordinator, Valerie Sprouse, as well as our Xavier Wellbeing Champions.

There is no registration - just join us when you can!

The walks will begin at the Quo Vadis Sculpture OR in front of Schott Hall. Please refer to the Muskie Walking Groups calendar for information regarding start time, walk leader, and meeting spot.
