Counseling Services
Counseling Services is committed to supporting the mental health needs of Xavier students by providing a wide range of services to our student body. These services include consultation, individual therapy, diagnosis and treatment, group counseling, walk in services, and crisis intervention. Muskie Mental Health Line
Students can access the Muskie Mental Health Line at 513-745-1001, for immediate support and crisis intervention from a mental health specialist. Easy access to support 24/7 no matter your location.
Psychological Services
The mission of the Psychological Services Center is to provide an on-campus center where Department of Psychology faculty, students, and staff apply principles of psychology to address the concerns of others. Learn more by visiting their website.
The Store
The Store is Xavier University's campus food pantry, managed by Care and Support Services and located in the Village Yard. The Store provides free food, hygiene products, and household essentials to Xavier students. Students can access The Store daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. by swiping their Xavier One Pass at the entrance. Access is completely confidential. Learn more by visiting The Store's page.
Student Emergency Fund
The Student Emergency Fund provides limited financial assistance to currently enrolled Xavier University students experiencing an unexpected financial hardship that affects their ability to meet immediate, essential expenses and fully participate in their academic experience. The fund is intended to help address short-term emergencies resulting from unforeseen circumstances and is not designed to replace, supplement, or serve as ongoing financial aid. Learn more here.
Xavier Student Recovery Community
Xavier's Student Recovery Community (XRC) is a welcoming and inclusive community of students in or seeking recovery from addiction. We seek to promote belonging, accomplishment, and accountability through peer support among students in recovery. Our goal is to provide a safe space for students to engage and support each other as they navigate recovery in college.
