Graduate Education Information Sessions

Xavier University's School of Education offers multiple M.Ed programs, licenses, endorsements, and certificates on-campus, at off-site locations, and online. If you would like to speak to someone about our education programs, please contact us at 513-745-3360 or xugrad@xavier.edu


Master of Science Information Sessions

Join Xavier University in virtual sessions to learn more about Master of Science programs offered. The Information Session to be held on the first Tuesday of the month at 12 PM. The following programs are covered in this session: Master of Science in Accountancy, Master of Science in Business Administration, Master of Science in Sport Administration, and Coaching Education Certificate.


TESOL and Reading Information/Advising Sessions

Xavier University offers a Master of Education degree and/or endorsement in Reading and a Master of Education degree, endorsement, or graduate certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Both programs offer online learning. The Program Chair and Faculty are offering the following advising opportunities to learn more about the programs and answer any questions you may have. These sessions are appropriate for current and prospective students.


Graduate Business Information Sessions

Xavier University offers an Executive Master of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science degrees in Accountancy and Business Analytics at the Williams College of Business. If you have an immediate question regarding any of our graduate business programs, contact us to talk one-on-one with a graduate admission recruiter.


Counseling Information Sessions

Xavier University offers a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling. Both counseling programs meet the educational requirements for licensure. The Department Chair and Faculty are offering the following opportunities to learn more about the programs and answer any questions you may have.

Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Master's Certificates with Speciality Tracks

Xavier’s online Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) programs have recently been recognized by US News & World Report as the #20-ranked online MSN in the nation and the #2 online MSN in Ohio (2024). Featuring small class sizes and clinical placement assistance, our programs attract nurses from across the US. Info sessions are great ways to meet with faculty and have your questions answered live.

Note: Xavier online MSN & Post-Master’s Certificates are only available to US residents who reside in select states. Before registering for an info session or applying to one of our programs, please refer to the College of Nursing Professional Licensure authorization document for current state authorization. State authorization may change at any time, at the discretion of each state’s board of nursing.

All Specialty MSN & Post-Master’s Certificate Online Info Sessions are held online at 7:30pm Eastern time via Microsoft Teams.


Accelerated, Direct Entry, Second Degree, Pre-Licensure MSN MIDAS Program

Featuring consistently high first-time NCLEX pass rates, small class sizes, and exclusive lab spaces for our MIDAS students, Xavier's Direct-Entry MSN (MIDAS) program has a long history of excellence, ensuring students receive the best possible learning experience.

MIDAS is an entry-level, pre-professional nursing program for anyone with a bachelor’s degree in any field who has met the program prerequisites. Eligibility criteria will be discussed during the info session. Graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX exam to become a Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) certification, and American Holistic Nursing certification.

Note:

  • This program is 100% ON-CAMPUS
  • The MIDAS program is only available to US residents

All MIDAS info sessions are online from 6:00-7:30pm. Login info will be sent in confirmation emails
