- Official Transcript: One official transcript directly from all colleges or universities you have attended for any undergraduate and graduate coursework. Applicants must have a degree from a regionally accredited university.

- Current Résumé of Work Experience: Executive MHSA students are required to have three or more years of healthcare experience, or similar.
- Two Letters of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation from professional and/or academic sources, including one from a current or former employer who can assess your potential for success in this program.
- Statement of Intent: The essay should be 500-700 words and should address your career aspirations and how an MHSA degree will assist you in achieving them.
- Admissions Interview: Conducted via phone or video with members of the Admissions Committee.
- Preferred (not required): GPA: 3.0 and above; if your GPA is less than 3.0, you may address the circumstances in your Statement of Intent.
Undergraduate or graduate coursework in accounting, economics, and/or statistics is recommended. - Additional Notes
- GRE/GMAT scores are not required for admission to the Executive MHSA program.
- Some courses require use of Excel; a free introductory Excel course will be available if needed.
- International students residing outside the U.S. cannot be accepted into the online Executive MHSA program. F-1 or J-1 visa holders in the U.S. cannot enroll in an online degree program to meet visa requirements.

- The online master’s degree in health services administration concludes with a capstone project that aligns with the organization in which a student is working. The project is supervised by a full-time faculty member along with a mentor at their place of employment.
