Course Curriculum

Environmental science is an interdisciplinary program that requires courses from a number of departments.

All environmental science majors complete:

• 23 semester credit hours of required biology courses including General Biology I and II, Environmental Science, Ecology and the Environmental Studies seminar
• 8 hours of physics
• 8 hours of chemistry
• 6 hours of economics
• 6 hours of mathematics.
• 9 hours of science and math electives.
• 6 hours non-science electives
