Rebecca Todd

Senior Teaching Professor, English Department

Rebecca Todd is a Senior Teaching Professor. At Xavier since 1996, her teaching emphasis is in the core, offering first year writing (English Composition, Rhetoric), literature (Literature and the Moral Imagination, Studies in Fiction) and First Year Seminar courses. Originally from Kentucky, she received her BA and MA from the University of Louisville, and did doctoral work at the University of Cincinnati where she was nominated by students for a teaching award. She served for many years as the Director of Xavier’s Writing Center.
