Mattison Williams

Office Coordinator

Mattison Williams is the Office Coordinator for Xavier University’s Center for Faith and Justice. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, and it means a lot to her to be part of a community where faith, learning, and service come together.

Mattison’s career has taken her from sales and team leadership to supporting executives and coordinating the details that help people and organizations thrive. At Sunglass Hut by Luxottica and Gigi’s Cupcakes Kenwood, she trained and encouraged sales teams, built relationships with customers, and helped her region reach the top in sales. She later joined Belfor Franchise Group, Rolling Suds & Rita's Italian Ice, supporting senior leaders and franchise development as an Executive Assistant and Franchise Sales Coordinator. She loved being someone people could count on: keeping things organized, bringing people together, and helping turn plans into action.

Mattison earned an associate degree in Marketing Management. She brings a people-first approach to her work and is especially drawn to roles where she can support others and contribute to something meaningful. Faith, family, and serving her community are important to her, and she’s grateful to begin this next chapter at Xavier.
