Connect with employers representing a variety of corporate, non-profit and government organizations, as well as graduate schools promoting their programs at the Fall Career Fair. Open to all Xavier students and alumni seeking full-time employment, internship experience, or exploring graduate programs.

Prepare for the Fall Career Fair:

  • Complete your Handshake profile and set to public.
  • Ensure your polished and updated resume is uploaded to your Handshake profile for employers participating in the event to view.
  • Professional attire required.
  • Schedule an appointment with a Career Coach or connect with a CDO team member during drop-in hours if you need help preparing for the career fair.

Suit-Up with JCPenney's

  • In-Person Shopping Event: Date TBD
  • Virtual/online discounts also available

Mosaic Connections: Connect with some of the employers attending the Fall Career Fair who value a workforce that comprises of employees from all backgrounds. Light refreshments will also be provided. 

  • Wednesday, September 2nd, 4-6 PM in the HUB 4th Floor Lounge (Registration link coming soon!)
