Career Champions
Career conversations often arise organically when students engage with faculty and staff. The Career Development Office is eager to help you navigate these conversations.
Spring 2026 Career Champions training date TBD.
Those attending the training will meet the full Career Development team and learn about the variety of services, resources, and events available to Xavier students. Participants will learn how they can have productive career conversations and partner with Career Development in a variety of ways. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and those who complete the one-day Career Champions training will be recognized with a plaque and featured on the Career Development website and in Today at Xavier.
