Considerations for Remote Teaching

The move to remote teaching will cause unique challenges for students with academic accommodations. Please consider the following:

  • Most assistive technologies will not work with lockdown browsers (used for proctoring tests).
  • Time for timed quizzes will need to be extended for students with this accommodation.
  • Uploaded documents need to be text-based for assistive technology access.
