Yellow Ribbon Program Participating University

If you are eligible for a 100% of the Post 9/11 GI Bill, then your tuition can be 100% covered at both the undergraduate or graduate levels. The Post 9/11 GI Bill benefit includes a monthly housing allowance and book allowance. Eligible Veterans are also able to transfer part or all of their Post 9/11 GI bill to a dependent family member. If you do not qualify for 100% of the Post 9/11 GI Bill but served on or after 9/11, you may still qualify for some VA education benefits.

Xavier University is also a proud participant in the Vocational Rehabilitation Program, (sometimes referred to as Chapter 31) which provides services to eligible Servicemembers and Veterans with service-connected disabilities to help them prepare for, obtain, and maintain suitable employment or achieve independence in daily living. If you have questions about this program, please contact Spencer Rumley.

If you have any questions about VA benefit eligibility, please contact the VA Education Center by phone. You may also submit a question or review the FAQ through the Right Now Web portal. We also encourage you to create an online account with eBenefits, so that you can update your direct deposit, address and track payments real time.
