Xavier University has already begun to help Cincinnati Christian University students start their transfer application process. Multiple students have reached out to us after receiving the news of CCU’s closing. We know each student’s college journey is a huge part of their future success.
We encourage students from CCU to contact us so we may help them begin their transfer applications. As a university in the local region, we believe it is part of our mission to support students in the Cincinnati area as they strive to reach their academic goals. Due to the unfortunate closing of CCU, Xavier University is currently offering an expedited application and a streamlined registration process to students who have been affected.

You can create your application by following this link to the Xavier Application. All admitted CCU transfers will not be required to pay a deposit and all application fees will be waived.
Submit your unofficial college transcripts.
For your initial admission application process, we will only require the submission of your unofficial college transcripts. You will be asked to submit additional documents after receiving your decision and financial aid package for credit evaluation purposes.
Xavier University will be offering specialized scholarships for admitted CCU students to ease their transition during this difficult time, making their college experience more affordable. Additionally, all accepted transfer undergraduates receive merit scholarships to help them achieve their academic goals at Xavier University. Learn more about merit scholarships here.
