Vocational Discernment

Now grounded in the Xavier way, and more outward looking and reflective through immersive community engaged learning experiences, students, about mid-way, reach the Road Through Xavier's next stop - a vocational discernment experience.  Students deepen their Xavier formation through guided and purposeful reflection in the Ignatian manner, discerning their way through their upperclass years towards meaningful career exploration and fulfilling life choices.

Xavier currently offers vocational discernment experiences through retreats, student life centers, cohorts and affinity groups, academic programs, and college specific offerings.  Each year, more vocational discernment experiences are added, extending opportunities to all students who seek them.
