The Office of the Registrar wants to make the official transcript request process simple and easy for you. Please move forward with the process that is associated with your current enrollment status below.

Official Transcript Request Processes

• Alumni/Past Student Transcript Request Instructions

 

Unofficial Transcripts

Only individuals with an active Xavier student account have the ability to obtain an unoffical academic transcript through Student Self-Service. Please follow the steps below to access the unofficial transcript: 

1. Start at Student Hub (https://www.xavier.edu/students/) 
2. Select Self Service and Login
3. Click the Student Tab
4. Click Academic Records/Registrar Information
5. Click View Academic Transcript

 *Please note that some 3rd parties may not accept an unoffical copy of a transcript, and will only accept an official transcript.*
