University Leadership and Advisory Support

Xavier’s leaders are guided by the University's mission to educate student intellectually, morally and spiritually in the Jesuit Catholic tradition. They come from a wide range of backgrounds that span healthcare, technology, social justice, business, finance, law, higher education, Catholic education, marketing and more.

Board of Trustees

The Xavier University Board of Trustees provides high-level strategic direction and oversight of the University.

Senior Leadership Council

Consisting of Xavier’s executive leaders, the Senior Leadership Council collaborates with and advises the President in all areas of university operations and academic mission. 

President's Advisory Council

The President’s Advisory Council is a body of community leaders, experts, and innovators from across multiple sectors who offer advice to the President on matters of institutional strategy.

Xavier University Council

The Xavier University Council consists of faculty and staff leaders from across campus, providing critical strategic advice to the President and executive leadership on university strategies, policies, initiatives, budgets, and priorities.
