This project entails renovations to the building will include the replacement of antiquated HVAC equipment and installation of a new energy recovery ventilator "ERV" unit to recycle tempered air with the code required fresh air minimums. Interior finishes associated with this work will include new ceilings, lighting, painting and carpet.
