How Campus Prescription Delivery Works

If a health care provider determines that a prescription medication is the right treatment for you, they'll discuss your pharmacy options, including the convenience of having your prescription delivered directly to your Xavier residence hall through Day's Pharmacy.

1. Choose Delivery to Your Residence Hall

If you choose Day's Pharmacy's campus delivery service, your provider will send your prescription directly to the pharmacy and let them know you'd like it delivered to campus.

2. Watch for a Call or Text

A Day's Pharmacy team member will contact you to:

Confirm your order
Review pricing and collect payment
Verify your residence hall
Schedule a delivery time that works for you
Answer any questions you may have

3. Meet the Driver

Once payment has been received, your medication will be delivered to your residence hall. When your driver arrives, simply present your Xavier ID (or another government-issued photo ID) and sign for your prescription.

4. Missed Your Delivery?

If you're unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, don't worry. Day's Pharmacy will make another delivery attempt during its next scheduled trip to campus. If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the pharmacy may ask you to make other arrangements for receiving your prescription.
