Xavier Days of Solidarity and Service 2020

The Spring 2020 Xavier Days of Solidarity and Service has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Please check back for opportunities in the Fall.

This Spring, Xavier's Office of Human Resources and Center for Mission and Identity intended to once again co-sponsor a day of solidarity and service for faculty and staff as we continue to grow our relationships with our local community.  However, given the situation with the Coronavirus Pandemic, we have chosen to cancel this opportunity.

As you know, part of our Jesuit tradition is to develop people for and with others. Striving to live out Xavier's new well-being model which encourages us to make connections with our community, as well as our newly revised Mission Statement which includes the value of service and two of the Gifts of Our Ignatian Heritage (Solidarity and Kinship and Service Rooted in Justice and Love), we encourage all faculty and staff to sign-up to support the local community on one of the two service days.

For more information, contact Clare Bunning in the Office of Human Resources or Joe Shadle in the Center for Mission and Identity.
