Our Way of Proceeding 

Thursdays: January 21, 28 and February 4
Justice Hall Conference Room, Center for Mission and Identity

12:00pm to 1:00pm
Lunch is provided

This retreat is composed of three sessions, each flowing from the previous meeting, on three consecutive Thursdays, for one hour each session. Each gathering will include two presentations reflecting on personal experiences and practical applications of the topic for the day. A "round-table" discussion will follow the presentations. The speeches for the treat are members of the Ignatian Colleagues Program (ICP). This is an 18 month, national program to develop and support Ignatian partners to sustain the Jesuit Catholic character of the institution and help to carry it into the future.

Theme- Our Way of Proceeding
Session 1- What We Do : Ignatian Humanism // Ignatian Pedagogy (An approach founded on the dynamic of the Spiritual Excersies)
- Presenters: Dr. Kathleen Smythe and Dr. Karl Stukenberg
Session 2- How We Do It : Discnernment// Reflection (Our role--with God--in the ongoing work of creation)
- Presenters: Ms. Maribeth Amyot and Dr. Sandra Richtermeyer
Session 3- Why We Do It : "Cura Personalis" // "Cura Apostolica--(Care for the institution and care for the individual person go hand-in-hand) ?
- Presenters: Ms. Jennifer Bush and Dr. Victoria Zascavage
