Mintel: Access Error
After a recent system update, access to Mintel is temporarily blocked on some devices. If you encounter this issue:
- Clear cache and restart internet browser:
- Clear the cache on your internet browser. Not sure how to do this? Find instructions here.
- Completely close your internet browser
- Open the internet browser again and try accessing Mintel
- Try using a different internet browser. For example, if you are using Microsoft Edge, try Google Chrome or Firefox. You may need to clear the cache on this browser.
- If access issues persist, restart your computer.
- If access issues persist, access Mintel at a temporary link that will only work until 5/13/26 and open a ticket with the library.
Mintel: Share Feature Generates Broken Links
After a recent system update, links generated by the Share feature in Mintel reports are broken. Mintel is working on a solution.
