Mintel: Access Error

After a recent system update, access to Mintel is temporarily blocked on some devices. If you encounter this issue:

  1. Clear cache and restart internet browser:
    1. Clear the cache on your internet browser. Not sure how to do this? Find instructions here.
    2. Completely close your internet browser
    3. Open the internet browser again and try accessing Mintel
  2. Try using a different internet browser. For example, if you are using Microsoft Edge, try Google Chrome or Firefox. You may need to clear the cache on this browser.
  3. If access issues persist, restart your computer.
  4. If access issues persist, access Mintel at a temporary link that will only work until 5/13/26 and open a ticket with the library.

 

Mintel: Share Feature Generates Broken Links

After a recent system update, links generated by the Share feature in Mintel reports are broken. Mintel is working on a solution.
