Work Week

  • Why do we have 37.5 hour and 40 hour positions?

    Most of Xavier's positions are budgeted for a 37.5 hour work week. A small number of hourly positions work a 40 hour work week. These positions fell into the same classification grades as all other positions, but their salary ranges are different because of their 40 hour work week. The salary ranges of both 37.5 and 40 hour positions can be viewed on the classification/compensation website.
