Paul Feldkamp

Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment

Paul Feldkamp serves as the Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions at Xavier University, where he leads strategic enrollment initiatives to attract, engage, and support prospective graduate students. His work focuses on strengthening recruitment pipelines, aligning admissions practices with institutional goals, and creating a student-centered experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Paul previously worked at the University of Cincinnati and Morehead State University, where he focused on student retention and success efforts. He has presented at conferences such as the Ohio Council for Teachers of Mathematics, the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), sharing insights on STEM education, diversity, and student success.
His research interests include higher education, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and he has published research on K–12 STEM initiatives. Before transitioning fully into higher education, Paul worked in the K–12 education system.
