Post-Baccalaureate Healthcare Quality & Process Improvement Certificate
Xavier’s online, 12-credit Healthcare Quality and Process Improvement certificate equips you with evidence-based skills to enhance patient safety drive efficiency, and lead transformative organizational change. Plus, the credits you earn in this certificate program are fully transferable to Xavier’s Executive Master of Health Services Administration (EMHSA) program.
Applications are accepted throughout the year. Applicants are notified of the admission decision as soon as possible.
Applicants to the Certificate in Healthcare Quality and Process Improvement must meet the following requirements: Due to state regulations regarding the delivery of distance education, as well as requirements of each individual state board of nursing, Xavier is not currently able to accept applications from all states into all of its online programs.

- HESA 559: Healthcare Project Administration- This course prepares students to plan, organize, lead, participate in, control, and improve projects in health care settings.
- HESA 567: Applied Epidemiology- This course introduces students to the application of epidemiology to population health and health services and to the application of epidemiologic literature in health services management. regular education teachers and administrators.
