Registration is now open for all camps.
Yes, each camp has a cancellation policy and schedule. This is available to review in the registration portal for each program.
Each camp has a different price point based on experience. Please visit each page for the most up to date pricing.
Yes! All camps (except for the Xavier Jazz Workshop) have a priority registration deadline of April 30, 2026.
All camp attendees will receive an exclusive Xavier Summer Programs Practice Basketball Jersey. (Broadway camps for kids under 9 receive a youth sized t-shirt.)
Each of our sports camps is run exclusively by the various head coaches and their staff/players. Any sports camp questions should be directed to the coaches/staff directly.
Due to the limitations of our registration system, please use a different email for all camp attendees.
Yes, please ensure that the emergency contact email address matches the desired email to get confirmation.
Residential camps include STEAM@XU, Summer in Cincy, and D’Artagnan Summer Business Academy.
Any camp program that includes a portion over lunch includes lunch provided. Should the camp attendee have any dietary restrictions, please include that in the registration form.
There are many unaffiliated camp providers who utilize our facilities during the summer. Please reference those websites directly for more information.

While we understand that the registration form is lengthy, it is best practice for us to ensure the emergency contact and camp attendees are aware of university policies ahead of time.
Yes, Xavier faculty and staff receive a 10% discount on summer camps if registered by January 31, 2026. Please email summerprograms@xavier.edu for the discount code or refer to the Employee HUB announcement dated December 1, 2026.
Most of our summer camp students will reside in Husman Hall.
The campus is very safe. Over the years, there have been a relatively constant number of reported campus crimes. However, it is important to note Xavier is part of a larger urban community and we make the personal safety and security of all students, faculty, staff, and visitors a top priority and maintain strong professional ties with the Norwood Police Department and the City of Cincinnati. Xavier University maintains a professional, state-certified police force with police powers and authority under Section 1713.50 of the Ohio Revised Code. All officers have been certified through a certified Ohio Peace Officer's Training Academy as mandated under Section 1713.50(d) of the Ohio Revised Code. XUPD is available 24/7/365 and can be reached via calling 911 or 513-745-1111.
