Each year Xavier University hosts more than 20 high school graduation ceremonies at Cintas Center, providing a memorable setting for students and their families to celebrate this important milestone. Our team offers full event support, including an on-site event coordinator, technical assistance, scheduled rehearsal time, and a streamlined ticketing process. Guest Entrance
All family or guests of graduates will enter at the main (south) entrance of Cintas Center. Landmarks on this side of the building include three flag poles and a statue of the Xavier University mascot, D’Artagnan the Musketeer. Please reference the parking map below.

Doors Open
Cintas Center will open for public access 60 or 90 minutes prior to the ceremony.  Please consult with your school for exact timing. All spectators and guests will pass through a magnetometer.
Bag Policy
To ensure the safety of every guest, all persons, including graduates are subject to screening and bag check.  No bags are permitted except for clear bags, small clutch purses, and diaper or medical bags. No water bottles are allowed. Bag Policy
Tickets 
Tickets will be required for admittance and will be distributed in-advance by the school.  All guest seating will be general admission.  TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS AGES 2 AND UP.
Upon exiting Cintas Center, no re-entry is permitted.
Suites
Interested in renting out a suite to experience graduation? Please contact tickets@xavier.edu. Requests will be processed in the order received. Additional Food and Beverage can be pruchased for suites. 
Food & Beverage
A limited number of concessions stands will be open. Bottled water, Pepsi products and pre-packaged foods will be available for purchase. No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Seating
Seating policy states one individual can hold no more than 4 seats.  Seat reservations will no longer be honored 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Xavier can normally accommodate all special needs seating at the commencement ceremonies. These needs are typically handled on a first come, first served basis. Simply have your party state their need for accessible seating to one of the ushers and they will direct or escort your party to the best available seating that fits their needs.

Flowers

For select graduation ceremonies, Xavier will have an on-site vendor offering flowers for purchase. Guests can buy flowers for their graduate before or after the ceremony, or pre-order ahead of time using the link:https://www.thecommencementgroup.com/cintas/
