alumni speaker thank you gift request

The Alumni Office would like to help recognize alumni who serve Xavier by speaking, guest lecturing, serving on a panel, or otherwise participating in classes and campus events.  Fill out the form below to let us know when you’ll be hosting an alum on campus, and we’ll provide you with a “swag bag” of Xavier gear to give to them.  

Please note the following guidelines for requests:

• Request should be received 1 week before alum will be on campus, we will do our best to accommodate last minute responses but may not always be able to.
• Alumni staff will respond within 2 business days.
• Requests will be filled as long as supplies are available.
• Items included are at the discretion of the alumni office.
• Please complete one form for each alum participating.
