Be a Musketeer celebrates the many ways Xavier employees live our mission, shape our culture and serve together. It puts words to values we’ve long embodied and encapsulates how our actions make this community extraordinary.
Each letter in MUSKETEER represents a distinct way we make a difference, beginning with our shared North Star: Mission. From consistent kindness to elevating others, these principles reflect the ways Xavier employees show up for one another and our students every day.
Mission First (One for All)
We put Xavier's mission above self; each being called to live Bigger Lives. Rooted in our Jesuit, Catholic tradition and Ignatian value of Cura Personalis, we work for something greater-always focused on student success.

We are called to be civic-minded, mission-driven, servant leaders who are committed to the common good. Success at Xavier is shared-and we move forward together.
