Undergraduate Admission

Group Visits

We welcome group tours in the fall and spring semesters. Tours are not offered during weekends, the summer, breaks, or on holidays.

Filling out a request form does not guarantee a visit, but we will attempt to accommodate the request.

Xavier University Group Visit Policy

Xavier University welcomes chaperoned groups of 15 or more to visit our beautiful campus in Cincinnati, OH. The information presented below is a guide for chaperones and tour organizers. Group Tour appointments will consist of an admissions presentation and a campus tour as outlined below.

Group visits can be scheduled for groups of 15 – 50 students who represent college access programs, high schools, guidance departments, or other student support organizations.

Group visits are reserved for students currently in grades 9-12 who are directly affiliated with a high school program or community-based organizations with a college readiness program.

We cannot accommodate elementary or middle school students.

Admissions Presentation

Join a Xavier admissions representative for a formal presentation about Xavier University including the Xavier heritage, campus life, academics, admission requirements, and financial aid procedures. Time will be available for general questions. The presentation lasts about 20 minutes.

Campus Tour

A current Xavier student will lead the group on a tour of campus. The tour will include prominent buildings and resources on campus and will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
