Hi, there! My name is Rolando Rojas, but must people just call me Ro. I am based out of Lakewood, Ohio and support students across Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Youngstown. I've always been driven by making an impact and, much like Xavier, my heart is rooted in service. In my late 20s, I made a life-changing decision to pursue a master's degree in counseling with a focus on higher education. Since then, I have been making an impact each day by supporting students looking to make their careers a reality. Xavier isn't just where I work – it's where I found a home.
