Biography

Hello my name is Darby Bennett and I am the Regional Recruitment Director in Dallas, TX. I have been working in higher education for 6+ years and have greatly enjoyed working with students. I attended a small liberal arts school in Chicago, Robert Morris University and played soccer and lacrosse. My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Professional Studies and my master’s is a Master’s of Management in Sports Administration. I am a big sports fan as well as avid musical theatre enthusiast. I have completed 5 marathons and am looking to complete a race in all 50 states. Currently, my count is 10/50.

I absolutely love the community feel on campus and how you know a familiar face no matter what corner you turn. It has a welcoming vibe and feels like home when you are on campus.

Best Advice for Seniors Who Are Making Their College Decision
You cannot make a wrong decision. Truly, you are looking for what is the best fit for you. Do not worry about what others are doing and what you think they want you to do. Do what ever feels right in your gut and where you feel you will be able to succeed after your 4 years are done.
