David Wade
Human Resources Business Partner
David Wade is a human resources leader with more than two decades of experience aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Over the course of his career, David has held leadership roles and guided teams across nearly every facet of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and talent management.
Today, David is proud to serve here at his alma mater, where he partners with leaders to strengthen the employee experience and champion the University’s mission.
In addition to his professional work, David is active in civic and nonprofit leadership. He serves on his local zoning commission and is the Board Chair of a nonprofit dedicated to supporting underserved families navigating autism through access to critical resources.
