Why isn?t faculty included in this structure?
The scope of this project was for staff positions and the University has a different benchmarking and structure process for faculty positions.
How often will we review the benchmarks?
Market information will be reviewed annually. A more comprehensive review of the entire structure should take place every three to five years.
