Molly Dugan, Ed.D.

Assistant Dean of Students

Dr. Molly Dugan (she/her) joined Xavier University in August 2011 as an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Involvement, where she worked with Xavier’s new student orientation programs, including Manresa, the Peer Mentors, various leadership programs, Senior Week, and developed the Arrupe Leaders Program. In August 2019, Molly was selected to serve as the Director of Student Integrity. Molly currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students. In this role, Molly implements fair, impartial, and effective behavioral interventions for students.  

Molly is a graduate of three Jesuit institutions, including Xavier. She received her bachelor’s degree in history and theology from the University of San Francisco, master's degree in Student Development Administration from Seattle University, and her doctorate in Leadership Studies with a focus on higher education from Xavier University. Her dissertation research focused on ethical decision making by undergraduate students at Jesuit institutions.
