Virtual New Hire Orientation

Starting May 1, 2026, New Hire Orientation will be offered virtually through Vector Solutions. New employees are automatically enrolled in courses covering essential topics such as payroll, Workday, benefits, compliance, and campus resources, and are encouraged to complete them within their first 30 days. Employees will receive instructions from Vector Solutions via email and can also access materials via the New Hire Orientation Resources page on the HR SharePoint.

In addition to virtual orientation, new employees complete division‑specific onboarding led by their manager, which covers team structure, role expectations, tools, and day‑to‑day processes. Managers use a shared, customizable onboarding presentation to guide one‑on‑one conversations and help ensure new employees feel confident and supported as they begin.
