Cap and Gown Information
Congratulations on reaching this moment in your academic journey! Graduates who attend commencement are required to wear the custom Xavier University academic regalia provided via the All for One Shop.
Follow the steps below to order your cap and gown. We recommend graduates submit their regalia orders by April 26 in order to ensure timely processing and shipment. If you would like to pick-up your regalia at Grad Fair, please place your order no later than February 22.
Instructions for Ordering
All graduates interested in a cap, gown, tassel or hood will need to place an order via our new site.
- Go to xaviershop.com
- Select "Graduation" from the drop down menu
- Select your preferred regalia (see below for more details)
- Complete your order
- Graduate students – include your degree in the special instructions to ensure you receive the correct hood

Honor Cords
Only undergraduate students receive honors. For those eligible for honors cords, please add this to your order. Honor cords are at your own expense. Visit the Registrar's website for more information about honors eligibility.
Ordering Deadlines
Orders placed by February 22 will be available for pick-up at Grad Fair on February 27. Regalia may also be purchased on-site at Grad Fair. Orders placed after Grad Fair will be available for pick-up at the Book Depot location only.
