Jennifer Paiotti is the Associate Director, Business and Operations in Auxiliary Services. Jennifer has served higher education in various roles with many national awards for innovation, food & hospitality, technology, and marketing. In addition, Jennifer has served on the Regional Board of Directors for NACAS and committees within higher education such as NACCU and NACUFS. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys time with her three children, who attend various universities, traveling on her motorcycle cross-country, and coffee.
