Vision for the Center - "To help students and other Xavier stakeholders recognize and deal with values-related issues in the workplace." It will:

  • Enable graduate and undergraduate students, as well as members of the business community and other stakeholders, to develop the moral courage to make principled decisions, particularly when ethical choices are difficult.
  • Support Williams College of Business faculty members increase their exposure and confidence in areas of business ethics and social responsibility.
  • Be a resource for the local regional and national business communities.
