Alumni Center Theatre Storage Relocation
The Department of Music & Theatre will consolidate from the following three locations:
1. McGrath - set and prop storage
2. Armory - costume storage
3. Innovation Center - costume making space
Alumni Center - Tunnel Remediation & Renovation
Backfill abandoned utility tunnel and improve waterproofing and site drainage.
Brockman Hall - HVAC Equipment Upgrades
Replace chiller and piping.
Cintas Center Renovation
Update finishes at the Cintas Center Conference Center and replace roof and air handler.
Cohen Center Renovation - Phase I
