The Student Success Center is committed to fostering the success of every Xavier student.

First Year Students:

At your second Goa class (CORE 101) you will receive your Success Team card.  Your Goa instructor will help you fill out the names of your Success Team.

Be sure to complete your Student Success Team card and bring it up to the Learning Commons 530 to get your prize!  Knowing all the University administrators on your Success Team will ensure you are getting off to a successful start!

For All Students:

Personal staff consultations, referrals to other on-campus resources, and guiding students to effectively navigate their college experience are central to our work.

The Student Success Center exists to help Xavier students become Xavier University graduates.  We assist students as they matriculate, from year to year, with programs that provide the following:

  • Academic support
  • Social adjustment
  • Goal Setting
  • Time Management
  • Study Skills

For Parents and Families:

Developing a strong partnership with parents as they work with their son or daughter to overcome challenges, make important decisions, and plan for the future, is important to us.  We strive to keep the lines of communication open through the use of regular mailings, the Musketeer Family eNewsletter and our office website.
