Urban and Regional Sustainability and Resilience

4+1 Program

With advance planning, most Xavier undergraduate students can complete the MA in Urban and Regional Sustainability and Resilience with one additional year of coursework.  Given differences in major requirements, summer coursework and Advanced Placement credit, every student's path to the 4+1 graduate degree will look a bit different.  Some students may even finish in as little as one additional semester.

Students in the 4+1 program complete all the same program requirements, including the sustainability immersions and the field experience.  To sit down with a faculty advisor to determine what the 4+1 option would look like for you, e-mail the faculty director at marianim@xavier.edu.
