Reflection Questions:

· What aspects of the Jesuit vision, mission, values, and identity do I privilege in my work? 

· What aspects of Ignatian decision-making most resonate with me (e.g. a harmony of thoughts and feelings, Ignatian consolation and desolation, being aware of God's presence and will)? Why?

· Can I recall an important decision, work-related or personal, that I made that characterizes Ignatian discernment?

· There comes a time in the spiritual journey when you start making choices from a very different place. And if a choice lines up so that it supports truth, health, happiness, wisdom and love, it?s the right choice.? (Angeles Arien, Anthropologist). How do I respond?
