Assuring Our Ignatian Mission and Identity

SEMESTER 4

Goal: In this final semester, participants integrate all that they have learned and experienced. Through a series of presentations by colleagues and follow-up discussions, participants reflect upon "How and why we integrate the Ignatian spirit into our work?"

Structure: Each session begins with a presentation by various areas of the campus community sharing how they intentionally integrate the Ignatian spirit into their work and why they see that as valuable. The session proceeds with small and large group discussions as participants reflect on the presenter's comments in light of their own work at the university.

Capstone: At the end of the semester, participants are invited to write a page on how the program has influenced their work at the institution. Additionally, they are encouraged to develop a project, either independently or with other participants, that strives to more deeply integrate all that they have learned during the program into the life of the institution.
