(She, Her, Hers)

I’m originally from Crestwood, Kentucky, and have lived and worked in Utah, Boston, and London, England.  You can usually find me curled up reading a book or watching travel videos online. I adopted a Collie named Hope and she and I are enjoying getting to know everyone on our Cincinnati walks. I received my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Interdisciplinary Humanities and my graduate degree from The University of Louisville in College Student Personnel. I am thrilled to be a part of the Xavier family!

I grew up in Crestwood, KY—just outside of Louisville!

Favorite thing about Xavier
I love the community of giving that I find here. People are always willing to stop and answer questions at any moment. Everyone cares about individuals and their unique needs.

Favorite thing about Cincinnati
I love exploring The Cincinnati Art Museum and taking my dog for a walk in Eden Park—right down the hill! I love that Cincinnati is a dog-friendly city and that there are plentiful green spaces in which to walk, run, and play.

Best advice for an incoming first-year student
Talk to your professors! They want to support you in any way they can and they are really interesting and incredible people to get to know!
