Spring Semester Orientation

Spring Semester Orientation for all new undergraduate students will be held as an in-person program on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 from 9:30am-3:00pm in the Gallagher Student Center, Arrupe Overlook.

Check-in for the in-person Spring Semester Orientation will begin at 9:30am. All new students are expected to attend this program. At this program you will meet current and fellow new students, become familiar with campus, begin to find your sense of belonging at Xavier and more! Lunch will be provided. Students should register by January 2, 2024.

All new first-year and transfer students are expected to attend the in-person program. Please see the link here to view the Orientation schedule. There is an $85 fee for orientation that will automatically be charged to the students' Bursar account. Please confirm your attendance at orientation by January 2, 2024 below or on Road to Xavier.  Please note that Spring Semester Orientation is just for students.
