Chris is a native of Nevada, attending high school in Las Vegas and earning his bachelor's degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. Upon becoming a student employee at his campus's student union, Chris discovered his passion for higher education, student affairs, and college unions; beginning his path to becoming a higher education professional.

Chris began his professional career at California State University, Northridge while completing a master's degree in Organizational Leadership through American Public University. At CSUN, Chris was responsible for the daily operations of the facility and event spaces of the University Student Union.

Seeking to expand and diversify his career in higher education, Chris became the Transfer Coordinator at Sierra Nevada College working with transfer students from recruitment through enrollment.

Chris returned to the college union field by joining Xavier University in 2016 as the Manager of the Gallagher Student Center and Commuter Services. Currently his responsibilities include providing oversight for both the Gallagher Student Cent and the Office of Commuter Services. In this role he oversees the daily operations of the GSC including reservations and event services, the Welcome Desk, and facility operations. Chris also oversees the Office of Commuter Services by providing overall direction in addition to serving as an advisor for Commuter Activities Board.

In his free time, Chris enjoys all things sports, continuing to explore Cincinnati, and spending time with his wife.
