The Winter Week of Welcome (WoW) is a week of FREE events welcoming back returning students and transfer students to Xavier University. Winter Week of Welcome is coordinated and promoted by the Office of Student Involvement, but made possible by the dozens of clubs and departments sponsoring events throughout the week.

Show your school spirit by getting your picture taken with D'Artagnan and The Blue Blob! Commuter Activities Board will be hosting a photo booth from 1pm to 4pm on the first floor of GSC. After you get your picture taken, grab a pastry and fill out a ticket for our gift basket raffle!

I Love FRIES with XSASA

Xavier Students Against Sexual Assault
XSASA will be passing out stickers and french fries as their Winter Week of Welcome event to jump start the conversation of consent for the new semester. Fries will be passed out to give visual to the I LOVE FRIES concept that will be taken on by XSASA. FRIES is a acronym from Planned Parenthood which XSASA feels encompasses what the message behind consent should be: F-Freely Given, R- reversible, I- Informed, E- Enthusiastic, S-Specific.
