Student Employment Fall Fair

The 2017 On-Campus Student Employment Fair will be held at Cintas on Monday, August 21, 2016 from 3:00-5:00.

To participate at the On-Campus Student Employment Fair, submit the Fall Fairs Participation Form before or by Wednesday, June 14, 2017. If you are participating in the Virtual Fair in July and are if you are unsure at this time, you will be given an additional opportunity the week of August 1st to participate

How the On-Campus Fair Will Work:
  • Each department/supervisor will be assigned a table at Cintas.
  • First year students with a Federal Work Study or University Employment award can attend and visit on-campus employer tables to learn more about your department and position(s).
  • Supervisors will be able to meet, interview and hire students on the spot at the Fair or collect information and contact students after the Fair.
  • Supervisors may also meet with student applicants from the Virtual Student Employment Fair held in July, who they have pre-scheduled interviews with.

Additionally, all students hired are required to complete new hire paperwork, prior to starting work. We highly encourage students to do this at the On-Campus Employment Fair, however, if they are unable to do this, they can come to the Career Development Office anytime Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m through 5:00 p.m.
